This fit guarantee applies only to kits purchased through airskirts.com. We guarantee your kit will fit your RV (as long as the correct kit for your RV was ordered). If you find that the provided tubes don’t fit due to incorrect sizing, we will swap tubes to complete your setup at no cost to you, for up to 2 swaps per order . Requests for additional swaps beyond the second will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
You have 60 days from receipt of your kit to initiate a fit guarantee claim. To initiate a claim, please fill out this form to describe the issue and upload photos. We’ll help you out with any adjustments you may need to make to your existing layout or arrange a tube swap to get the fit correct. Once a replacement is shipped, you’ll have 2 weeks from receipt to install it and send us photos confirming the correct fit – if we don’t hear from you within that time, your claim will be closed.
 If you order the incorrect kit you will be contacted prior to shipping – in this case you must change to the correct kit or this policy will be waived. Keep in mind kit sizes are based on the overall length of your RV, bumper to bumper or bumper to hitch, as stated by the manufacturer.
If you choose to purchase a smaller kit than suggested, or are unable to provide your model number and we cannot verify that you have the correct kit we will charge a discounted rate for any additional tubes you may need.
